Freedom Business Accelerator Coaching Agreement
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Client”) and Alex Ford (“Coach,” “we,” or “us”), a brand of Ford Media Group Pty Ltd, in relation to your participation in the Freedom Business Accelerator coaching program (“Program”).
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms and expectations:
Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and commitments of both parties for participation in the Freedom Business Accelerator. It is designed to support a productive, respectful, and results-focused coaching relationship.
Scope of Coaching
Freedom Business Accelerator is a business coaching program that includes personalized strategy, group coaching, 1-on-1 access, and ongoing support to help you grow your online business. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and guidance within the scope of the Program.
Communication & Access
Clients receive private Slack access to Alex for coaching-related communication. Slack messages will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe during business hours (Monday–Friday, Perth time). This is considered “unlimited” access, meaning you may message at any time, but response times may vary based on availability and volume. Occasionally, Alex may respond outside standard hours.
Client Commitment
As your coach, I am committed to helping you get the most out of the Program. However, success requires commitment from both sides. By joining, you agree to:
- Show up with integrity, take ownership, and fully engage in the coaching process.
- Be coachable, open to feedback, and willing to take aligned action.
- Respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship (see below).
- Reach out when you need support, rather than “suffering in silence.”
Boundaries & Expectations
This coaching relationship is not therapy, personal counseling, or legal/financial advice. It is focused on business growth, strategy, and support. Please use good judgment in the type of support you seek through Slack and strategy sessions.
All communication should remain respectful and professional. Harassment, abusive language, or behavior that undermines the coaching process may result in removal from the Program at the Coach’s discretion.
Confidentiality
Any personal or business information shared during coaching will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed outside of the Program without your consent, unless required by law.
Acknowledgment
You understand that results are not guaranteed and that your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation. This Agreement is designed to create clarity and establish a foundation of mutual respect and accountability.

By enrolling in the Freedom Business Accelerator, you also agree to our full legal terms, including payment, cancellations, and dispute resolution. Please refer to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for full details.
